We’re excited to announce the latest release of SeekMake, featuring a host of new features and enhancements aimed at manufacturers. This release, version 2.12.0, brings improvements that will help manufacturers streamline their workflow, improve communication with customers, and offer a more personalized experience. Let’s dive into the key features and enhancements.

Key Features:

We’ve added several key features to make your experience with Seekmake even better:

New Response Time feature

We have added response time for manufacturers to their profile and store front.

Benefit: This feature will help manufacturers showcase their professionalism when dealing with customers and help users pick manufacturers based on their availability. 

New 3D Technology Filter in Manufacturers Network

Searching for manufacturers in our map of network is much easier now after introducing the new filter of 3D technologies; SLS, SLA, and FDM.

Benefit: This will help users and manufacturers to navigate our map network more efficiently and find manufacturers that suit their needs in much less time.

New Manufacturers Network Features 

We have added new buttons in the manufacturers network to enhance the user experience; see current location button and clear filter button.

Benefit: These new buttons will help locate the users’ current location on the map network and display near manufacturers, also improve the user experience when searching by filter.

Supporting New Status ‘Archived’ for Quotes

We have introduced a new status ‘Archived’ for quotes, where manufacturers will be able to archive/unarchive received quotes when needed.

Benefit: This new status improves quote management, allowing for manufacturers to handle their quotes efficiently and have better control on their job board.

Supporting New Status ‘Canceled’ for Quotes

We have introduced a new status ‘canceled’ for quotes, where manufacturers and clients will be able to see their canceled quotes on their dashboards 

Benefit: This new status improves quote management, allowing for both manufacturers and clients to have better control over their dashboards.

For Clients and Manufacturers:

We have introduced features to benefit both clients and manufacturers:

Invoice Feature:

Manufacturers can now send invoice to their customers including a list of what is done with a statement of the payment details.

List of Selected Manufacturers Feature

Users are now able to check their list of selected manufacturers before submitting a quote without quitting the checkout page.

Rank and Level Features

Manufacturers can now improve their rank worldwide and enhance their performance by unlocking new levels with every new complete order.

New Model Details popup

Users and manufacturers can now view all of their model details in one place.

Design Improvements and Fixes:

We’ve made various design improvements and fixes for a better user experience:

• Added the reviews section to manufacturer’s store front.
• Updated share profile from marketing page; users with no profile image will have default profile image
• Updated default currency in “New Quote” popup to euros
• User Interfaces improvement for automation page, marketing page, pricing page, and stats page.
• Removed example files in “New Quote” popup from the manufacturer account.
• New badge added “Won’t keep you waiting” for manufacturers with response time less than 2 Hours.
• Improvements for chat and order details.
• Introducing SeekMake new video
• Manufacturer’s contact information only visible for signed in users.
• Added fields for first name and last name in the delivery form of instant quote.
• Updated new Home Page and website header design.

Other Bug Fixes:

We’ve also resolved some additional issues:

• Fixed profile picture bug in the home page header for manufacturers.
• Resolved bug in country list filter in the manufacturers network
• Improved magic links expiration to 24 hours for all cases except for sign up.
• Improved Quote editor to support PDF files format.
• Fixed search by name filter bug in the manufacturers network.
• Resolved bug with email languages.
• Design fixes in mobile version.
• Resolved bug for badges not being updated.
• Improved map network to sort manufacturers by score and geolocation.
• Fixed bug “complete orders not being calculated” in manufacturer.
