Key Features :

  • Draft Feature:

Manufacturers now have the ability to view all quote and file uploads that users have abandoned or not checked out. This feature is accessible through the manufacturer’s dashboard, specifically under the “Job Board” section, where they can navigate to “Drafts” to review the content.
Benefit: Manufacturers can recover valuable information and potentially convert abandoned quotes into orders.

  • Marketing Feature:

Manufacturers can take advantage of the new marketing feature to promote their businesses. This feature empowers manufacturers to share their profiles with customers, curate email lists for streamlined email communication, link their social media for promotion by SeekMake, and stay updated with industry news.

Location: Manufacturer’s dashboard, under the “Tools” section, navigate to “Marketing” to get started.

Benefit: Grow your business, reach a wider audience, and keep up with industry trends.

  • Color Feature in Instant Quote:

Manufacturers can now create and use custom colors based on the materials they work with. The instant quote manufacturer mode integrates these custom colors, providing a more personalized and efficient quoting process
Benefit: Enhance the accuracy and personalization of quotes based on specific material colors.

  • Notification Feature:

A new notification system ensures that both clients and manufacturers stay informed about new messages, quotes, and interactions, preventing them from missing important updates.
Benefit: Stay updated and respond promptly to all interactions.

  • Automation:

Manufacturers can now set up automated pricing systems for shipping, adjust prices and offer discounts based on location and bulk purchases, and create special promotions.

Location: Manufacturer’s dashboard, under the “Tools” section, navigate to “Automation” to configure automation rules.
Benefit: Streamline pricing and offer promotions efficiently, improving the overall customer experience.

Bug Fixes

  • Subscription issue: Add a popup when Stripe does not support the country.
  • Pop up with copy stripe link in case of redirection blocked by browser error
  • Price fix: exchange rate was not working for new currencies price won’t change when you change to the new currency 
  • Finishes bug: MO finishes were displayed when requesting quote from MO dashboard there was no filter. Now only filters available for that MO are displayed
  • manufacturer information should not appear in last step of instant quote: when you request a quote from MO profile info fields should not be filled with manuf info. we fixed it by leaving the fields empty for manufacturer to updated them manually with the client info
